Development of small Dairy Units and Goat Farms in Rural Areas
Income Generation projects are very much essential for the normal life of rural low income segment of society. Unemployment is very severe among youth.
The sustainable and steady source of income for low income segment of people is very limited, especially young generation. Hence income generating activities are inevitable to them to develop a better society. We are
targeting to develop Mini Dairy Farms and mini Goat Farms for interested young unemployed. For the sustainable and steady development of theproposed project we are targeting to develop Fodder Grass Cultivation. Initially
we are targeting to implement the project in two District of kerala, Trivandrum and Kollam. The targeted beneficiaries, at the initial stage is 200 for mini Dairy Farms and 200 for Mini Goat Farm. Based on the success ratio
the project will be expanded to other Districts of Kerala also as Next project. With this project we can provide a source of income and employment to 400 people. The required fund for the proposed project for the two Districts
is Rupees 20 Crores.
Development of Egger Chickenunits in Kitchen Backyard to Support Rural Unemployed Women
We are targeting to implement the project in the entire district of kerala and that can provide income generating source and employment to 245000 rural people.
As the initial step we are planning to implement the project in two Districts of Kerala, Trivandrum and Kollam. The project is to provide 100 egger chicks to each beneficiaries and provide them with infrastructure and fodder
support to the Rural Unemployed Women. We are targeting to create Income Generation source and employment to, an average of 17500 rural women in each District. Total fund required to implement the project in two district is
Rupees 100 crores. This project is targeting increase the production of egg to support the Food Security.
